Shipping Details and Tracking

We ship anywhere in the world using USPS, UPS and other courier services. We select the courier that will best be able to fulfill your order the fastest depending on where you live, and keep you up-to-date on its status via email updates. Below are the steps taken to prepare for shipment and delivery. Your purchase price includes the shipping costs.

Please Note: We ship Spartamax out of Colorado, coming from ShipOffers.

International orders (outside US) are processed (subject to stock availability) within 3 to 7 business days. Our shipping duration normally takes between 12 to 18 business days, depending on which country you reside in. Factors such as shipping disruptions, decreased flight hours, conditions of the destination country, delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. Rest assured that we are trying our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and kind understanding during this period.

To be eligible for a return, you must first send an email to [email protected] to inform us about your intention to return an item. Your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. Your returned item must be in the original packaging, preferably with your invoice.

Refund Instructions

If you'd like a refund, please send any unopened bottles to the address below. Please include your invoice so that we know who to refund once we receive your shipment. Please allow 5-7 days for it to arrive at our facility and for us to process your refund.
